We are receiving hundred of mails on daily basis complaining non-receipt of consignments, delayed delivery, non-receipt of feedback, etc. etc. In most of the cases, it has been observed that the consignments are not pertaining to our organisation – all these are related to some other couriers. In this connection, all are requested to kindly check the consignment number carefully before writing to us. Please be informed that our consignment number is of 8 digits without any prefix and suffix and starts with 5 or 6. Further, it has also been observed that many of the complainants do not even mention the consignment number and their E-mail Ids while writing mail to us. As a result, we can not revert to the sender. Please co-operate with us to serve you better in the days to come. |
